I wouldn't say 'a lot.' It happened one day, for a few tries (within 15 mins.) But later on I was able to come back and it was fine....Later on meaning the afternoon.

When my server. i.e. my drink server is too busy I just pour one myself. Not a problem really.

Been getting this a lot lately. I agree with LAW. Very annoying.

The funny thing is, I'm usually on late at night when there shouldn't be as much traffic.

Imagine how bad it's going to be once things get a little more busy around here.
