Just wondering people's thoughts on Henne is the pros. Watching the bowl game today, it was quite obvious that when healthy he has a strong arm.

The guy showed what he can do when he is healthy... He's got all the tools and IMO will be a steal in this draft where ever he goes...

I was saying this a year and a half ago..you guys thought I was Nuts! I still maybe a little nuts...but I have a good eye

The guy has the best arm coming out of college

He is tough, a long time starter, a leader, and is not afraid to throw it ib there, the only thing he needs is a year in a pro offense not a highschool scheme like Michigan ran. This guy will be playing on Sundays!

Actually I think I agreed with you...

Henne is big, strong, and has a great arm, the ideal pocket passer. His problem however is his inability to read the field he makes far too many poor reads and decisions, if he finds the right coach he could be a NFL starter but he could also end up another Kyle Boller...

I think he has great vision and makes good reads... I RARELY see him make a foolish INT or not read the drops of underneath coverage correctly...

I told you fools Henne was the real deal, looks like Sanchez is too. Both have great deep passes, with loft and touch! Here we got Stafford throwing low line passes all the time with no touch. Brady Quinn...LOL man I was reading some of these old threads...what a joke!

Henne and Sanchez both proved they have the tools! Two guys I wish we went after! I was really really impressed how both of them threw that deep ball last night! Stafford better watch and learn!

Its a bit early to tell with any of these guys... But ya I liked Henne coming out and they really like him down here in SOFLO...

Stafford will be the best QB of the 3 though...

How when he can't throw an accurate deep ball, and these guys can?

First of all i am a Chad Henne fan. Lets get that out of the way. How can you appoint somebody the real deal after his 2nd career start??

I think he has a bright future ahead of him but did you not see the great protection he had all game?? The Dolphins OL played their asses off. The kid had all the time in the world. I don't think the Jets actually touched him all game long.

Let me get this straight. After 5 games, Sanchez is the real deal. After 2 games, Henne is the real deal. After 4 games, Stafford is a bust. I just don't understand how you can even state this after only a few games.

You look a little foolish pulling this old topic up after Henne's 2nd career start. I could see if he put a good FULL season together. After two starts?? Little premature if you ask me.

Well, LN, its because throwing 1 or 2 deep balls a game is all that matters when deciding if a QB is a bust or not....didnt you know?

How much $ is Chad Henne making?

How much $ is Piggy Face making?

Is Piggy Face worth the difference?

WHo said Stafford will bust??

Who said that???? I sure as hell didn't!!! I just said 2 years ago Henne is going to play on Sundays. Cause he has a good arm and good deep ball

Maybe you didn't say 'BUST' but i think we all know you do not like him and always have something negative to say about the kid.

I think your mind is already made up about him. Your not willing to wait for him to develop. You wan't him to be perfect right from the start.

You talk like Sanchez does everything they way its supposed to be done. He isn't winning games with his arm. All he has to do is manage the game. Just try to limit turnovers the best he can and they will win. Why?? Because they have a good defense and a solid running game.

Stafford has to win games for the Lions with his arm. They can't run and the defense is pathetic. Stafford has to win games while Sanchez just has to not turn the ball over. A very big difference.

LN it's very well documented what I said, and I don;t think he is a bust..said if he doesnt address his issues he may down the stretch. I just dont want to be sitting here this time next year talking about inaccuracy with him!

He has made them all... In fact pretty much everyone who evaluated this guy says that he makes throws that most other QBs can't make... McShay even said that NO ONE else can make and he was one of Stafford's biggest critics...

You guys need to relax on this he can't make all the throws nonsense...

Well I know what I see, if I was the QB coach I would have him throw a 20 yard pass in a bushel basket- because he cannot make that pass. Also, I would work on the grounders and knee throws he makes.

Yeah I would get him throwing 50 yard loft passes into garbage cans all offseason long, he gets this down he will be a complete QB
